- Film and theater director Lila Avilés began her career in filmmaking with the short film "La Fertilidad de la Tierra." Several years later, her debut feature film "La Camarista" premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2018 and subsequently at the San Sebastián Festival the same year. She then established her production company, "Limerencia Films."
