Artist Dulce Pinzón visits from her native Mexico to discuss her photographic series, The Real Story of the Superheroes. “The Mexican immigrant worker in New York is a perfect example of the hero who has gone unnoticed,” she writes in her statement about the series. In the United States’ current political climate, issues surrounding immigrants and their right to work is timely and necessary. A recently acquired work by the artist will also be on view.
Tickets to public programs are free to Purchase College students, staff, and faculty, and Neuberger Museum of Art Members. General Admission: $10
